HEAVY METAL UNIVERSE Four tracks aren't very long to convince and show what a band is able to do, but that was enough for LACERATER. Enough to prove their are good enough to make cool songs of some brutal yet clever death metal. Of course I wish it could have been a longer record, but there's no reason to complain for the four tracks are excellent. It's really brutal, in the vein of old-school death metal acts like CANNIBAL CORPSE, with some great guitar lines and ass-kicking drums, the whole recorded with a very good an powerful sound prodution which has nothing to envy the official releases. A very promissive demo, something every death metal addict should like and that I really hope to ear later on a real album. By Séb MARK: 5/6
